Multipurpose Reloading Complex spends over RUB 600,000 on employee benefits and rewards programme
Ust-Luga, Russia based Multipurpose Reloading Complex LLC (MRC, part of UCL Port, a stevedoring division of UCL Holding) in January-July spent as much as RUB 600 000 on employee and family benefits and rewards packages, which is 18% more as compared to the seven-month period of 2017.
The company increased by 50% family-friendly benefits, timed to important public holidays and family events, including assistance to parents of first-graders.
The company increased by 20% benefits fund to compensate employees the health resort treatment vouchers costs, including those for children, and to cover medical care, medication and supplies expenses.
As the MRC employee training was successfully completed last year and the number of personnel who had underwent training and improved their skills in the reporting period totaled 29 employees, the amount spent on this programme was decreased by 17%.
