Port of Singapore’s cargo throughput up 6.3% to 502,4 m tons
Trade flows passing through the port of Singapore in 2010 increased by 6.3%, compared with the 2009’s figures, to 502,4 million tons, the Singapore Port Authority press release said.
In the reporting period crude oil shipments declined by 0.6%, reaching 176.26 million tons. Port's container volume increased by 9.9% to 28,43 million TEUs.
