DP World Board's David Williams retires

DP World announces the retirement of David Williams as an Independent Non-Executive Director with effect from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting held earlier today. David also served as Chairman of the Audit Committee, Member of the Nominations and Governance Committee and Member of the Remuneration Committee. Deepak Parekh, an Independent Non-Executive Director and Member of the Nominations and Governance Committee and Member of the Remuneration Committee, will replace David as Chairman of the Audit Committee, DP World said in a press release.
