Severnaya Verf shipyard (Saint-Petersburg) says its shareholders decided not to pay dividends for 2015. The decision was made at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on June 29, 2016.
The Company’s profit of RUB 117,070,875.49 will be divided as follows: RUB 107,070,875.49 will be used to cover undistributed deficit of prior years; RUB 10 mln – for charity.
The St. Petersburg-based Severnaya Verf shipyard’s history dates back to 1912. Now it is a leading shipbuilding company of the Russian defense industry. The shipyard specializes in building cruisers, destroyers, minesweepers, patrol vessels and submarines destroyers, research and passenger vessels, timber cargo carriers, trawlers, container ships and ro-ro vessels for the Russian Defense Ministry and foreign customers.
