Bunker prices are slightly up at the Far East ports of Russia (graph)

According to Bunker Price Bulletin of IAA PortNews, the average indicative price at the port of Vladivostok for high-sulfur product IFO-180 HS was $ 265 pmt (+$2), IFO-380 НS - $256 pmt, MGO price was $423 pmt.

Fuel oil prices are ranging between $240 and $270 pmt depending on availability of fuel. Som company see a deficit of heavy fuel oil.

The indications at the port of Singapore decreased by $3-4.
