Average indicative bunker prices are flat at the port of Saint-Petersburg, Russia, after a surge in early week.
According to IAA PortNews Bunker Prices Review, bunker fuel prices at port St. Petersburg were as follows:
Average price of IFO-380 HS - $254 pmt.
Average price of MGO - $434 pmt.
Average price of ULSFO - $385 pmt.
The difference between maximum and minimum price has decreased to $5-7.
