Bunker prices are slightly down at the Port of Saint-Petersburg, Russia (graph)

Average indicative price of heavy fuel oil at the port of Saint-Petersburg, Russia is going down.

Fuel oil indications at the port of Rotterdam are fluctuating within $2.

According to IAA PortNews Bunker Prices Review, bunker fuel prices at port St. Petersburg were as follows:

Average price of IFO-380 HS - $320 pmt (-$4). 

Average price of MGO - $602 pmt (-$3).

Average price of ULSFO - $552 pmt (-$3). 

The difference between maximum/minimum price depends on the amount of fuel sold and its availability.
