Fluctuations of bunker prices at the port of Rotterdam are within $3. 

According to IAA PortNews Bunker Prices Review, bunker fuel prices at port St. Petersburg were as follows:

Average price of IFO-380 HS - $344 pmt (+$4). 

Average price of MGO - $631 pmt.

Average price of ULSFO - $583 pmt (-$2). 

IFO-380 HS price is ranging between $335 and $355 pmt, MGO – between $620 and $640 pmt.

The difference between maximum/minimum price depends on the amount of fuel sold and its availability.
