Marine Façade (Saint-Petersburg) welcomed 11 cruise ships and over 29,000 passengers last week (photo)

Between July 27 and August 2 of 2015 Passenger port of Saint Petersburg has received 11 cruise ships and 29 167 passengers. The total berth time of all the ships is 26 ship-days, total amount of passenger operations – 100 056. 

Services provided to ships: Fresh water bunkering – 1 836 m3; Waste-water reception – 1 627 m3; Garbage collection – 270 m3

In the indicated period 11 helicopters have used the helipad of Passenger port of Saint Petersburg.

On the 29th of July 2015 at the Chinese Business Centre a meeting was held under the guidance of the Chairman of the China Society of St. Petersburg. Among the attendees were the Chairman of the External Economic Relations Committee of Shenyang city, managers of Shenyang companies operating in different spheres of business, representatives of ExpoForum International and of “Passenger Port of Saint Petersburg “Marine Façade” PLC. Later that day a meeting between representatives of ExpoForum International LLC and “Passenger Port of Saint Petersburg “Marine Façade” PLC was held at Passenger port of Saint Petersburg.

Maximum amount of ships in the Port this week – 5, on July 28 and 29.

Passenger Port of Saint-Petersburg «Marine Façade» PLC is in the ownership of the city of St. Petersburg and is the largest passenger seaport in Russia. Construction of Marine Façade began in 2006. The port can accommodate cruise and ferry ships of up to 330 m long and with a draft of up to 8.8 m. The length and depth of new access channels - 10 km and 11 m, accordingly. The port operates seven piers. The quay-side length – 2,171.06 m.
