The Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia has prepared a draft of new rates of port charges for services provided by FSUE Rosmorport at sea ports of the Russian Federation, the agency said on its website.
The Federal Portal also said the project will pass anti-corruption expertise until May 10, 2016.
