Russia and North Korea setting up a JV to reconstruct a railway to port of Radjin

The restoration of a railway section Radjin (North Korea) - Hasan (Russia) connecting the Transsib and Trans-Korean Railway will begin in 2007, RZD-Partner reports.
By RZD estimates, the modernization will cost minimum USD2 billion, reports FIS.
