Transport Ministry may appoint Andrei Gouzenko by Deputy Director of Gosmorrechnadzor

Andrei Gouzenko can be appointed by Acting Deputy Director of the Federal Service for Transport Supervision of Russia’s Transport Ministry, Acting Head of Gosmorrechnadzor – river transport safety watchdog , Gosmorrechnadzor said.

Mr. Gouzenko was formerly the head of the Shipping Department of JSC BashVolgoTanker.

Former head of the agency Vladimir Popov was dismissed by Transport Minister Igor Levitin on August 23, 2011.
