Russian Ministry of Transport has posted a draft Federal Law "On Amendments to the Merchant Shipping Code of the Russian Federation." The updated Code will authorize the Ministry to establish a single federal pilot organization.
In particular, a bill’s article reads: "a marine pilot is an employee of the pilot organization, created in the form of the federal budget organization."
