STX Pan Ocean set up subsidiary in Japan

South Korean shipowner STX Pan Ocean has unveiled a new unit aimed at boosting its freight forwarding position in Japan, Seatrade Asia Online reports. ?The bulker owner has set up a subsidiary, STX Container (Japan), under its existing Japanese business. ?The new company has an issued and paid up capital of JPY 10m (around $130,000).
