Jinhai seals additional bulker order

Jinhai Heavy Industry has bagged two optional supramax bulkers from Greek owner Laskaridis Shipping, SinoShipNews reports.

 Jinhai signed a contract with Laskaridis Shipping earlier this year for two 64,000dwt bulkers. The contract value of each vessel is about US$25m-26m, and Jinhai will deliver these vessels throughout 2014.

In the first six months of this year, Jinhai Heavy Industry has delivered a total of 21 vessels.
