The new Asia-Australia service creates a comprehensive pendulum loop with the combination of three existing services into one single rotation.
The Boomerang service, to be phased in on 27 September with the deployment of 10 vessels, merges the AU1 (North Asia-Australia), AU2 (East Asia-Australia) and AU3 (Southeast Asia-Australia) services.
The Boomerang service rotation will be as follows: Boomerang Northeast Asia (southbound) - Yokohahama, Nagoya, Osaka, Busan, Qingdao, Shanghai, Ningbo, Chiwan, Hong Kong, Kaohsiung, Sydney, Melbourne and Fremantle; Boomerang Northeast Asia (northbound) - Fremantle, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Yokohama, Nagoya, Osaka, Busan, Qingdao, Shanghai, Ningbo, Chiwan, Hong Kong and Kaohsiung.
Boomerang Southeast Asia (southbound) - Singapore, Tanjung Pelepas, Fremantle, Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane; Boomerang Southeast Asia (northbound) - Sydney, Melbourne, Fremantle, Singapore and Tanjung Pelepas.
