TNK-BP shareholders to review interim dividend

TNK-BP Holding is scheduled to hold an extraordinary meeting of shareholders on September 30, 2008 to approve the company's interim dividend for the first half of 2008, the Russian-British oil company's press office reported today according to RBC. The shareholders are expected to receive 100 percent of TNK-BP's net profit under RAS as dividend. This payout will be in line with the company's previous dividend payouts, as well as with the payment of dividend twice a year, the announcement reads.
