Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port OJSC plans to complete reconstruction of Sheskharis oil terminal by 2010, Interfax informs.
"We plan to build a new deep-sea berth 1А and to replace all technological equipment", the source told the agency.
The terminal’s construction and commissioning will enable the port to increase its handling capacity by 15 million tonnes. Moreover, the upgraded port will be able to handle any vessel of up to 150,000 tonnes in deadweight.
