Leftover petrol, diesel fuel and other kinds of oil products at the oil terminal are worth of about 40 million litas (11.511 million euros) and were accumulated up to 2005, when Mazeikiu Nafta was owned by the U.S. company Williams, The Baltic Course reports according to RZD-Partner.
The leftover products evolved when the railway tanks were reloaded, products were transported by sea or by some other way. It was decided to realize the leftover and to split the received revenues into appropriate parts.
Mazeikiu Nafta will receive the majority of the sum for unsold products and Klaipedos Nafta will get a part for the storage of leftover and other services.
