COSCO has signed an agreement with Xinjiang authorities to build three logistics complex parks respectively in Urumchi, Kashgar, Horgus port, says Xinhua.
Cosco initially plans to invest US$14.7 million or $29.4 million to build these parks in phases, according to the high standard of modern logistics park in costal area. The construction is expected to be completed in one year.
