Corporatization of companies making Far East Center of Shipbuilding and Ship Repair is to be completed by October 25 of the current year. The decision was taken at the meeting dedicated to formation of Russia’s United Shipbuilding Corporation held in Vladivostok. According to the press center of Primorje Administration the meeting was held between Pavel Popov (Vice-Governor of Primorje Territory), Vladimir Pakhomov (President of United Shipbuilding Corporation, Leonid Strugov (Director of the Department of Shipbuilding Industry, Ministry of Industry and Trade) as well as heads of shipbuilding and ship repair enterprises of Primorje and representatives of federal authorities.
Upon completion of corporatization and market valuation of the shares they are to be transferred to the United Shipbuilding Corporation.
