RTL Group’s Board taps new chairman
The Board of Directors of RTL Group at a regular meeting on September 15, 2011 elected the Group’s CEO Konstantin Skovoroda as the Board’s Chairman, RTL press office said.
The Board appointed Yuri Vorontsov new CEO of RTL Group.
RTL Group of companies, founded in 2004, today is a major international logistics provider of complete cycle. The company specializes in providing the best logistics solutions for imported cars and auto parts. Since 2005, RTL has established partnerships with major global car makers: Nissan, Toyota, Ford, Renault, Mazda, Citroen and Peugeot. The company continues to hold leading position in the Russian market of delivery and customs clearance of vehicles.
The Group jointly with Sea Fishing Port is handling shipments and clearance of vehicles through the marine terminal in Big Port St. Petersburg. RTL also is operates as customs broker and manages logistics and marine terminals at the Far East ports of Nakhodka, Vladivostok, Zarubino and Rostov region-based Novoshakhtinsk terminal. Today, RTL is engaged in the projects for construction of its own Ro-Ro terminal at the port of Ust-Luga (Leningrad region) and the port of Ventspils (Latvia), management of its own storage terminal based in Berlin, the development of an automated warehouse for the storage of goods under customs supervision in the Sea Fishing Port (St. Petersburg).
