No ruble devaluation planned, official assures

The Russian government is hatching no plans to devalue the ruble, Russia's Deputy Finance Minister Sergei Shatalov stated in Yerevan today according to RBC. He made the statement, quoted by the Echo of Moscow radio station, in response to rumors of imminent ruble depreciation.
