China's ship industry's gross output up 25.6% in Jan-Jul

The gross industrial output of ship enterprises of the designated size and above in China jumped 25.6% year on year to RMB 443.1 billion in the first seven months of this year, China Knoledge reports citing the latest statistics released by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

The gross output of ship manufacturing sector rose 26.1% year on year to RMB 344.6 billion.
