Qingshan Shipyard has recently received two 35800dwt bulker orders from Singaporean company Wilmar International, with delivery due from the second half of 2013, Seatrade Asia online reports.
In the overall gloomy environment of the shipbuilding industry, Qingshan Shipyard has bucked the trend and received 10 newbuild orders in the first half of this year with a total contract value of RMB2bn. Currently Qingshan Shipyard has orders of 32 vessels on hand with a total contract value of RMB4.89bn.
