Terminal for transshipment of vegetable oils costing $7.4 is to be built in port Reni (Ukraine)
A terminal for transshipment of edible vegetable oil is planned to be built at Reni port (Ukraine), Ekho cites Sergei Stroya, the port’s head as saying at the session of the municipal council.
According to the source, this facility is to expand production capacity of Reni-Line operating at Reni port as a subject of Reni SEZ for a number of years already.
The terminal for transshipment of vegetable oils is designed for handling 300,000 tonnes per year which is interesting for both Ukranian oil and fat producing plants and similar enterprises in Beltsy and Chadyr-Lunga (Moldavia).
The project is valued at $7.4 mln with a forecasted annual proceeds from the terminal activities of up to UAH 1 million. Sergei Stroya also noted that the project has already been approved by the related authorities of Ukraine.
