Mexico reopens Dos Bocas oil terminal in Gulf

Mexico's Dos Bocas oil terminal, one of the three main crude export ports on the Gulf of Mexico, reopened on Tuesday morning after being closed since Monday afternoon due to bad weather, the government said.
The Cayo Arcas and Coatzacoalcos ports remained open.
