The increase was demonstrated by the ports of the “second-level” throughput group: Kerch, Sevastopol, Kherson, as well as by a representative of “minor” ports – Ust-Danube.
Transit transshipment via the ports fell by 30% to 19.1 million tonnes. In this sector the growth rates have been retained by Crimean port alone – Kerch (+36% - to 1.3 mln t) and Feodosia (+28% - to 0.8).
The leading group – three ports of Big Odessa (Odessa, iljichevsk and Yuzhny) decreased tran by 17% to 31.5 million tonnes with the region’s transit component decreasing to 31% to 12.5 mln t.
