Participant of the meeting on IMO Audit in Russia adopt resolution

The participants of the Round Table meeting “RF getting ready to participate in Voluntary IMO Member State Audit Scheme” arranged by PortNews IAA , have adopted a resolution. The meeting supported by the Association of Sea Commercial Ports was held on July 10 in Admiral Makarov State Maritime Academy (St. Petersburg) within the framework of St. Petersburg leg of the Tall Ships Races Baltic – 2009.  The event was held with the assistance of the Department for State Policy in Maritime and River Transport (RF Transport Ministry) and the Committee on National Maritime Policy of RF Federation Council. 

The Resolution has been submitted to the Council of the Federation, RF State Duma, Central Office of the Government of the Russian Federation, RF Transport Ministry, Russia’s Federal Agency of Marine and River Transport, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, RF Federal Customs Service, RosMorPort FSUE as well as related unions and associations.
