Association of marine insurers to be established in Russia

Participants of the marine insurance market announced their intent to establish their professional union – Russian Association of Marine Insurers. It is to start operation before the year end. It was announced by Aleksei Timofeev, deputy Director General of Russian insurance company RESO-Garantia.

According to Aleksei Timofeev, the establishment of the Association as initiated by a number of insurance companies including, Ingosstrakh, Rosgosstrakh, Kapital Insurance, Soglasie, AlfaStrakhovanie , VSK, Rossia etc.
