In January-June 2008, container throughput of Sovmortrans CJSC (St. Petersburg, part of Sovfrakht- Sovmortrans Group) increased almost 4 times to 7,133 TEU, Lubov Gushchina, Director of Sovmortrans St. Petersburg branch, reports. She says the growth was driven by the expansion of the terminal’s ground.
Sovmortrans CJSC (Sovfrakht Group) was set up in 1989. It specializes in transportation of export, import and transit cargo by sea, road and railway transport.
