CMA CGM informs the following Rate Restoration Program:
Effective May 16th, 2016 (B/L date):
    From all Asian ports (including Japan, Southeast Asia and Bangladesh)
    To all Northern European ports (including UK and the full range from Portugal to Finland/Estonia)
    All cargo
    USD 200 per TEU
