FESCO Transportation Group has announced changes in the Group’s Management Board.
According to the decision of FESCO Board of Directors, starting from June 22, 2016 the composition of the Company’s Management Board is as follows:
Alexandrs Isurins, President
Vladimir Korchanov, First Vice President
Vladimir Chisnakov, First Vice President, Liner and Logistic Division
Olga Litvinova, Vice President, Human Resources
Yury Melyakin, Vice President, Security
Maxim Sakharov, Vice President, Finance
Zairbek Yusupov, Vice President, Port Division
Dmitry Shokhin, holding the position of Vice President, Legal and Corporate Affairs, will leave the Company and will resign from the Management Board. At the same time Vladimir Chisnakov and Olga Litvinova will become Members of the Management Board. Vladimir Chisnakov will be appointed to the position of First Vice President, Liner and Logistic Division, effective from June 20, 2016, as well as Olga Litvinova will be Vice President, Human Resources, effective from June 22, 2016. These appointments allow the Group to keep stronger commerce and HR segments. That is in line with the Group’s key goals. Mr. Chisnakov will focus on effective intermodal solution development and container business processes optimization. Mrs. Litvinova will be responsible for centralization of HR as well as for management of HR in Group’s subsidiaries.
Before joining FESCO Mr. Chisnakov has held the position of First Deputy Director General at TransContainer PJSC for six years. He also worked as Director General at «Russkaya Troika», Deputy Director General at FESCO. Mr. Chisnakov graduated from Krasnoyarks State University. He hold the «financial manager» degree from Account Officer Institution.
Mrs. Litvinova has been working in HR management more than 15 years with leading Russian and international companies (EVRAZ, Pepsi Bottling Group, Cornerstone). Mrs. Litvinova has been worked in EVRAZ Holding since 2009, where in 2011 she became a Head of HR and before she held a position of Head of recruitment. She graduated from the Academy of Slavic Culture with degree in psychology and also has certificates in the areas of personnel recruitment, assessment and development (SHL, Lominger International, ESMT), remunerations and benefits (CBSD / WorldatWork).
