CMA CGM has announced the extension of the Emergency Operational Surcharge to all shipments from the Indian Subcontinent, as follows:
Effective July 16th, 2016 (B/L date) :
    From India and Pakistan
    To Zanzibar
    Surcharge is prepaid and payable at origin
    All container types
    USD 225 per TEU
