Henrik Rørbæk resigns from his position as CEO of HH Ferries Group

HH Ferries Group announces that Henrik Rørbæk has given notice of his resignation from his position as CEO of HH Ferries Group. Henrik Rørbæk turns 60 this summer and has agreed with the Board of Directors that he shall remain in office until end June to, amongst other things, complete the strategically important battery conversion project and ensure a smooth transition to new management.

“Henrik Rørbæk has put in dedicated efforts through over two decades of service, and he held a steady course during the recent period of change where he oversaw the transformation of the ferry route between Helsingborg and Helsingör into an independent company. The Board of Directors is looking forward to the continuation of our cooperation with Henrik to complete the pending battery conversion project, while simultaneously ensuring that we find the right successor able to continue HH Ferries Group’s positive development,” said Rasmus Christiansen, Chairman at HH Ferries AB.

The Board of Directors has initiated a process to find Henrik Rørbæk’s successor.
