Big landing ships “Azov” and “Cezar Kunikov” of the Black Sea Fleet are holding the planned training. They are increasing their skills of performing the tasks of their purpose, says press center of RF Defence Ministry.
The naval servicemen performed the organization of defence and ships protection in tactical groups during the sea cruise while training. They performed artillery firings, aimed at air and sea targets (elimination of the floating mine) and repelled the imaginary small targets’ attack.
The big landing ships’ crews in cooperation with the Black Sea Fleet’s separate naval infantry brigade performed the loading and unloading of equipment and the personnel on the ships in the end of the training.
