Azerbaijan Caspian Shipping Company has its 40-ton crane vessel overhauled at Bibi-Heybat shipyard
The 40-ton “Atamoglan Kerimov” crane vessel, which is on the possession of the Offshore Fleet of Azerbaijan Caspian Shipping Company has been overhauled at the “Bibi-Heybat” shipyard.
During the works there were done a cleaning and painting of the underwater and surface of the vessel, quality repairs of hull, mechanisms, including crane installation, improved working and living conditions of personnel in accordance with modern requirements.
Major overhaul of the main and auxiliary engines was also carried out, the pumps, separators, pipe systems, etc. were adjusted.
To confirm the workability of the equipment, the vessel passed the sea trials. All trials were completed successful.
The length of "Atamoglan Kerimov" crane vessel is 63.8 meters, the width is 15 meters, and the speed is 11.24 knots. The vessel is equipped with a 1520 hp engine.
