Yang Ming Marine Transport Corp said its subsidiary All Oceans Transportation Inc acquired two container vessels for 193.88 mln usd from Taiwan's CSBC Corp.
Both vessels have capacity of 6,600 twenty-feet equivalent units each, according to a company filing with the stock exchange.
At 12.42 pm, Yang Ming Marine shares were up 0.85 twd or 3.42 pct at 25.70.
