Poland-based Euroafrica Shipping Lines Ltd has aquired a used railway ferry from an Estonian shipping company.
It will be operated by Euroafrica's subsidiary UNITY Line on the Swinoujscie-Ystad line. The new ferry is 148 m long and can be loaded with 17 trucks and 650 metres of railway wagons. It should start operating on its route in the first quarter of 2008, Railway Market-CEE Review reports.
