St. Petersburg Administration issues a list of works to be executed by Sea Port of St. Petersburg during strike

Committee on Transport-Transit Policy of St. Petersburg Government has set up a list of minimal works to be executed by Sea Port of St. Petersburg OJSC during the strike, the Commirttee’s press center  announces. The document is based on corresponding Article of the RF Labor Code (No 412) and on related Decree of St. Petersburg Government (No 44) dated 23.01.2007. According to the document, throughout the strike started November 13, the Group’s First Stevedoring Company, Second Stevedoring Company and Forth Stevedoring Company are obliged to handle hazardous cargo delivered to the port of St. Petersburg.
