Oil spill in the Kerch Strait may cause loss of over RUR 300 billion, RZD-Partner reports citing TV channel Rossia. Response activities in the Azov-Black Sea Basin will be discussed today by Ukrainian President and Prime Minister. The gale which damaged 12 vessels made Yushchenko and Yanukovich admit that the system of warning and prompt response to emergency situations needs improvement. Today Ukrainian-Russian response group will hold a meeting which is to be attended by the Transport Ministries of both countries – Igor Levitin and Nikolai Rudkovski.
