A submarine under construction at the Admiralty Shipyards in St. Petersburg caught fire but no one was hurt in the incident, a source in the regional emergencies department said on Sunday according to RIA Novosti.
"At about 4:00 p.m. Moscow time (1:00 p.m. GMT) on Sunday, a fire broke out in a submarine under construction. According to preliminary information, a cable caught fire," the department said.
