Oleksandr Kuzmuk, Ukraine's vice prime minister, believes that the Russian Black Sea Fleet must leave Ukraine's territory by the end of 2017, Interfax-AVN reports.
"As mandated in the treaty the Russian Black Sea fleet is to be withdrawn by the end of 2017," he said during an Internet conference in Kyiv.
