China Shipping Container to issue up to 2.34 bln A-shares in Shanghai

China Shipping Container Lines Co Ltd plans to issue up to 2.34 bln A-shares in the Shanghai Stock Exchange, the securities regulator said.
The China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) said in a statement on its website that it will review the company's mainland offering application on Friday.
UBS Securities and China International Capital Corp are to jointly underwrite the issue.
