RZD approved the scheme of the railway infrastructure development at the ports included into Azovo-Chernomorsky basin till 2015, AK&M reports.
The importance of the North Caucasus railway will be strengthened due to the rise in the ports' capacities. The turnover is assumed to be raised 3 fold against 2006 figures.
The program will be based upon the railway development strategy till 2030.
