Russia's environmental protection watchdog Rosprirodnadzor estimates the environmental damage caused by the Volganeft-139 tanker disaster at 6.049 billion rubles, the Natural Resources Ministry's press service said citing Minister Yury Trutnev.
A lawsuit will be filed against the tanker owner, OOO Volgotanker.
