Transneft's management has discussed the inspection results of the construction progress of the Eastern Siberia - Pacific Ocean (ESPO) oil pipeline, the company's press office reported today according to RBC. The management pointed out that construction works had fallen considerably behind the schedule and had to come to a complete stop on a 704 kilometer stretch, which is 26 percent of the total length of the pipeline. As a result of this, a mere 41.1 percent of the construction works of the first stage of the pipeline have been completed, while the figure had been estimated at 60 percent.
