The drafting of documents on the construction of the Caspian gas pipeline is nearing completion, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Sergei Naryshkin has said according to Interfax.
"This subject was not discussed at a meeting of the Council of the CIS Prime Ministers, but the drafting of the documents is at the final stage now. They are expected to be signed soon," Naryshkin told journalists in Ashgabat on Thursday.
