Shenzhen Chiwan Petroleum Supply Base Co Ltd has started work on Tianjin Baowan International Logistics Park, Xinhua reported.
The CNY3.5 billion (US$471.42 million) facility, located in Tianjin Tanggu Ocean High-Tech Development Zone, covers and area of 320,000 square metres and will be completed in late 2008.
The logistics park will provide services of cargo storage, distribution, transit, processing, inspection and logistics information for companies in Tianjin's Binhai New Area, the report said.
