Russian Railwaysplans to raise a syndicated loan of $1 billion in February-March 2008, a source in banking circles told Interfax.
"Investment banks have already received a request for proposals (RFP) to participate in a loan of $1 billion in three-and five-year tranches," the source said, adding that the syndication would be launched in 2008.
